Created by:

Dr. Genadijus Sokolovas -- former USA Swimming Director of Sport Science -- whose work has influenced Olympic-level performance and elite swimmer development around the world. His research has focused on how swimmers generate speed, how technique evolves, and how training can be structured for long-term success.
